W. corner of Water and Polk Streets. One tank to be in- stalled under the sidewalk -area and one under the building. Construction will be in accord- anee with all the rules and regulations of the City. Marc Miller was presented and read as follows: February 19, 1929 The Honorable Mayor and City Council Port Townsend, Washington Gentlemen: ' In behalf of the property owners of the Dundee Place, an addition to the City of Port Townsend, I hereby respectfully appeal to you for action upon an application for a survey submitted to your honorable body in the month of December, 1926, which has noi;doubt been overlooked. The application was for a survey to locate a corner of thirty first (31) street and Sheridan Avenue. This survey' is necessary because of a dispute as to the location of thirty first street. At present the str act is fenced: in and property owners must drive over private land to get to their respective homes.
