To Install_ Telephone at Dam.
Mrs oar requested authority to install a telephone at the dam on the Big Quiloene River and
presented the form of application used by the Forestry service.
It was then moved by Councilman Manson and seconded by Councilman Lammerscthat,the City buy "an
pay for the installation of a telephone at the dam on the Big Quiloene River, payment to be made
from the Water Extension Construction Fund. Upon roll call, all four Counoilmen present voted in
favor thereof and motion was declared carried.
INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNCILMEN.
Mayor Bangerter•deolared Introduction of New Councilman to be next in order and requested the
retiring Councilmen -at -Large, Mr. P. M. Coyne to do the honors. Councilman Coyne then escorted
the new councilmen to their respective seats a$ follows:
