Mrs oar requested authority to install a telephone at the dam on the Big Quiloene River and presented the form of application used by the Forestry service. It was then moved by Councilman Manson and seconded by Councilman Lammerscthat,the City buy "an pay for the installation of a telephone at the dam on the Big Quiloene River, payment to be made from the Water Extension Construction Fund.
