Warrant to be drawn for right-of-way judgment. It was then moved by Councilman Gerson, seconded by Councilman Manson, that a warrant in the amount of $66.00 be drawn upon the Water Extension Construction Fund, in favor of Ma!-A.H.Packard, for payment of stipulated damages in the case of the City of Port Townsend ve Jefferson County in condemnation proceedings for right-of-way.
