Mirshall.se*er application.
Reporting verbally on the application of Frank Marshall to connect his premise
with the sewer, Councilman Manson stated that he has made an examination of the prer-
ices and that he considered the place unfit to live in. He doubted if the,:applican
would ever put in the fixtures`and server and believed that the original order to coi-
demn the premises should have beenallowed to stand. Councilman Coyne reported
that he had also examined the premises and that'he concurred in the opinion express-
ed by Councilman Hanson.
Miskin Building Permit.
In the matter of the application of R. T. Miskin for building permit, referred
to the Building Cournittee at the session of July 3rd, it was moved by Councilman
Lammers, seconded by Councilman Coyne that the permit be granted. Upon roll call,
Councilmen Miller, Coyne, Chapelle, Quenell and Lanmiers voted in the affirmative an
Councilmen Gerson and Manson in the negative. Motion. declared carried.
