Dear Sir:- 23 I would like to call your attention to the fact that interest on 3600,000 worth of lYater Revenue Bonds is due on July 1st of this year. Interest id payable at the Fiscal Agency of the State of Washington in New York City or at the office of the City Treasurer, Port Townsend. I should like to suggest that you make arrangements in New York to handle this matter. You pro'pably already have done so but I thought it might be helpful if I called it to your attention. Gentlemen: I tender you herewith a properly executed deed to a thirty-foot right-of- way across 3 to 6, inc., of Block 1, and Lot 6, of Block 6, in D. T. Denny' a•Second Addition to the City of Port Townsend, naming a consideration of $25.00 Upon payment to me of the sum of.325.00., you may accept delivery of the above mentioned deed. If you refuse the acceptance of the deed upon the above stated terms,will you kindly return it tome, with a memorandum of your refusal. Yours very truly, Clyde L. Peach. It was moved by Councilman Gerson, seconded by Councilman Chapelle, that the deed be accepted and that a warrant for $25.00 in payment of same be drawn upon the dater Extension Construction Fund. After a short discussion, the motion was withdrawrn and the communication was referred to the later Committee. REQUISITIONS. Requisitions from various departments were presented, read, and disposed of as follows: For the Water DerArtment, to -writ: 100 feet of 1: inch galv. pipe. 100 feet of 1 inch gale pipe 1 - 6 inch valve It was moved by Councilman Coyne and seconded by Councilman Manson that t] requisition be granted. Upon roll call, all six Councilmen present voted in favor thereof and motion was declared carried. For the Police Department, towrit: 1 shoulder holster 2.25 1 slop bucket 200 monthly report blanks 9.5o The City Clerk advised the Council that there was not sufficient funds in the budget to cover the item for report blanks and it was crossed off of the requi- sition.
