Poundmaster's Fees.
It was moved by Councilman Manson and seconded by Councilman Miller
that the Poundmaster retain all fees, as set by Ordinance, all his ooivpen-
sation and that he bear all expense of feeding and taking care of all an-
imate impounded. Upon roll olll, motion was declared carried, all council-
men voting affirmatively.

It was moved by Councilman Manson and seconded by Councilman Miller

Councilman Gerson made a substitute motion that the matter be laid
over for further consideration and motion was seconded by Counoilman
Quenell. After some discussion Councilman Gerson, with the consent of
Councilman Quenell, withdrew the substitute motion. A vote was then
taken on the original motion and was declared carried, Councilmen Manson,
Quenell, Lammers, Miller, Coyne and Chapelle voting in favor thereof, and
Councilman Gerson stating that he refused to vote.
Trees on pipe line.
Councilman Manson moved that the Water Committee be instructed to
have trees and loge removed from the pipe line right of way for about
two miles on each side of the Eaglemount road. Councilman Chapelle
seconded the motion and upon roll call motion was declared carried,
Councilmen Manson, Lammers, Miller, Coyne, Chapelle and Gerson voting
Aye and Councilman Quenell voting Mo.
Keymes Boat.
It was moved by Councilman Coyne and Seconded by Councilman Miller
that the Water Supernilendent return the boat now at the City Lake, to
Wm Keymee, its owner. Motion carried, all councilmen voting in favor
thereof.
Adjourned.
Upon motion by Councilman Quenell, seconded by Councilman Gerson,
Council adjourned.
