n). All permanent dead end and culdusac streets shall be no more
than six hundred foot long and shall terminate in a circular
turnaround having a minimum right of way diameter of one hundred
foot.
o). Whore, in the opinion of the City Planning Commission, it is
desirable to provide for street access to adjoining property,
proposed streets shall be extended by dedication to the boun-
dary of such property. Whore such a dead and street extends
more than one lot Japth a temporary turnaround and casement
therefor of eighty feet minimum shall be provided. Such ease-
ment shall be released upon the extension of said street.
Section 8.07 Sidewalks serving primarily commercial land uses shall be at
least ton Poet wide.
a). Sidewalks serving multiple residential areas shall be at least
six foot wide.
b). All sidewalks serving residential areas shall be located at
least two feet from the property line and in the right of way.
Section 8.08 Except where alleys are permitted for the purpose, the City Plan-
ning Commission may require easements not exceeding fifteen feet in
width for poles, wires, conduits, storm and sanitary sewers, gas,
and water mains.
Section 8.09 Alloys are not permitted in residential areas.
CHAPTER 9. FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS
Section 9.00 In addition to other requirements of this chapter, the final plat
shall contain or be accompanied by the following certifications;
a). Certification showing that the applicant is the land owner and
dedicates streets, rights of way and any sites for public use.
