c). Rovorsn curves on all streets shall be separated by tangents
of at least one hundred feet in length.
d). N11 changes in street grade shall be connected by vertical
curves of a minimum length of two hundred feet, unless other-
wise specified by the City Planning Commission.
a). Street curbs at intersections shall be rounded by radii of at
loastbuenty feet.
f). Subdivisions that adjoin existing streets shall dedicate addi-
tional right of way to moot the above minimum right of way re-
quiremonts. Where any part of the subdivision is on both sides
of the street, the entire right-of-way shall be provided; where
it is located on one side only one-half of the required right
of way shall be provided.
g). The number of local access streets intersecting with major and
secondary arterials shall be hold to the minimum.
h). Local access streets shall be designed to discourage their use
by other than local traffici..
i). Streets shall generally follow contour lines.
j). Streets shall intersect at right angles, or as nearly as possi-
ble.
k). Street jogs must have a minimum center line offset of one hun-
dred twenty-five rest.
1). Newly platted boundary streets should be avoided, but when platted
must be no less than full width.
m). The proposed subdivision shall be designed to provide continuity
with adjacent developed subdivisions.
