a public pedestrian way may be
required by the City Planning
Commission to provide circulation or access to schools, parks,
shopping areas, otc.
k). At street intersections the property lino corners shall be roun-
dad by an arc which has a minimum radius of twenty feet. In
business districts a chord may
be substituted for such an arc.
