AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY LYING IN BLOCK
26 OF 0. C. HASTINGS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PORT TO1,PNSEND, AND RESERVING EASEMENTS FOR UTILITIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. All of the alley lying in Block 26 of
0. C. Hastings Add -it n to the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson
County, Washington, be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to.
the reservation therein in the City of Port Townsend of the right
to install water, sewer and other utility lines, and to maintain
the same.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner required by
law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
council and approved by the Mayor on Ilarch 21, 1972.
