The City Council of the City of Port Townsoiid, in regular so :s:i.on
assembled, do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Thore is hero and horoby t'ansforred from tho City
Street Fund to tho Special Arterial Highr+ay' fund in the 1265 budget,
the sum of `i:5,000.00, which sum is appropriated to the maintenance
and improvement of arterial city streets, pursuant to Resolution
No. 65-5 of the City Council passed on July 6, 1965.
Section 2. There is hero and hereby Hund and declared to be an
emergency which ronders the foregoing appropifnfer
iation necessary.
Section 3. This ordinance shall. take Oct upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and ma required by law.
Read for the .first time at a roCular m eting hold on July 6,
1965. Read for the second and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor at a re'vular meeting held on
1965.
