AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC TO ENTER INTO A LEASE OF THAT
MONROE STREET IN SAID CITY LYING BETWEEN A POINT FIFTY
THE SOUTHEASTERLY BONDARY OF WATER STREET AND EXTENDIN
LINE OF LOWER LOW WATER IN PORT TOWNSEND BAY, FOR A TE
YEARS AND FOR A RENTAL OF $1.00, AND LIMITING THE USE

The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, in
session assembled, do ORDAIN as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of said City are here and
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a lease on behalf of
said City, as lessor, by which the Port of Port Town se d, a municipal
corporation residing in Jefferson County, Washington, hall lease
a portion of Monroe Street in said City which shall be described as:
That Portion of Monroe Street bounded

Section 2. The consideration for the lease shall

launching ramp open to the public.
