The Mayor and City Clerk of said City are here and hereby authorized and directed to enter into a lease on behalf of said City, as lessor, by which the Port of Port Town se d, a municipal corporation residing in Jefferson County, Washington, hall lease a portion of Monroe Street in said City which shall be described as: That Portion of Monroe Street bounded the the Northwesterly side by a line fifty (50) feet Southeasterly of Wate which line shall be perpendicular to sidegs of Monroe Street, and bounded Southeasterly side by the line oix(low water in Port Townsend Bay. Section 2. The consideration for the lease shall payment to the City by the said Port of Port Townsend of $1.00, and that said Port of Port Townsend shall p of Publication of this ordinance. Section 3. The lease shall have a term of Twenty from July 18, 1961, and the lease shall limit the use demised premises to the operation and maintenance of a launching ramp open to the public. Section 4.
