The City of Port Townsend has further reserved the right to
redeem any or all of the bonds of,this issue outstanding out of
excess.earnings og the water system of the city only, on any
interest payment date on and after April 1, 1969, in inverse
numerical order and at par plus accrued interest to date of
redemption.
Notice of any such intended redemption shall be given by one
publication thereof in a newspaper or business and financial
journal of general circulation throughout the City of Seattle
not more than forty nor less than thirty days prior to said
redemption date and by mailing a like notice at the same time ,
to Blyth 6 Co., Inc. at its office in Seattle, Washington, or to
the successor in business, if any, of said company at its office
in Seattle, Washington or if it has no office in such city, at.
its main office.
This bond is one of an issue of water revenue bonds of the
city of like amount, date and tenor except as to number, interest
rate and date of maturity, in the principal aura of $250,0000
whit h bonds are issued pursuant to ordinances of the city duly
and regularly adopted, Lor the purpose of providing funds to
acquire, construct and install certain additions and improvements
to and extensions of the water system of the city. The principal
of and interest on said bonds are payable solely out of the
above -named Bond Redemption Fund, into which the city has pledged
to pay from the money in its Olympic Gravity water Fund amounts
