In the event of vehicle accidents; providing procedure
for enforcement of the provisions of this ordinmee;
providing for certain records and reports; providing
the powers and duties of peace officers within the
City of Port Townsend relative to the enforcement of
this ordinance; nroviding for the distribution of fines
collected for violation of any of the provisions of
this ordinance; defining offenses and fixing penalties,
and repeal1q, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith" — Passed by the City Council, March
15, 1938, Approved by the Ifayor, March 16, 1938, by
addirp thereto a new section to be ]mown as Section 3Ei-,
under Chapter DTI of said ordinance.

Section 1. That Ordinance Iio. 1091 of the City of Port
Townsend, entitled "AN ORDIL*MOE relating to vehicles and the use an d
operation thereof on the public streets, nlleys and ways of the city
of Port Townsend; limitirg and restricting certain uses of the public
streets, alleys and ways of the city of Port Townsend; prescribing
rules of the road for vehicles operating upon the same; providing
for conduct in the event of vehicle accidents; nroviding procedure
for enforcem m t of the provisions of this ordinance; providing for
certain records and reports; nroviding the powers and duties of peace
officers within the city of °ort Townsend relative to the enforcement
of this ordinance; nrovidirg for the distribution of fines collected
for offenses and nenalties, ani ronealinr all ordinances or narts of
ordinances in conflict herewith"— Passed by City Council ;.:arch 15,

amended following Section 35 of Chart er YI and before Section 36
