requirements as hereinbefore determined.
Section 2: That such sum, as herein appropriated, is hereby
established as a temporary fund of this city - to be known and

designated as , atei� Replacement 1"und", and
that all disbursements heretofore made in contemplation of said
Resolution No. 44-4, and as later confirmed by said Ordinances
Nos. 1169 and 1180, are hereby now declared to be a debit to the
said fund as herein created, and the City Clark, and City Treasurer
be and hereby are authorized to make appropriate transfer upon
the books of their respective offices in order to meet the tenor
and intent of this ordinance, and to provide a medium by which
strict accounting can be given to the cost of this public work.
Section 3: That this ordinance be published once in the
Port Townsend Leader to be in force and take effect from and after
five days of such publication.
