Section 1. That the grade of the center line of _'ScKinloy Street in the City
of port Ta•,:nsend shall be four per cent for a distance of sixty (60) foot from the
west line of Jackson Street at the intersection of Jackson and i•IcKiuley Streets;
thence in a convenient grade from the established point to the east line of ,,jonroe
Street at the intorsection of i!cKinley and l,;onroe Streets.
Soation 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance be published once in the port Townsend Leader,
to be onfo_ced alid take effect from and after five days from the date of said pub-
lication.
