the City of Port Tovmsond in the Olympic Gravity Water &hnd, there be and hereby
is established for the foregoing purposes and for imnediate disbursement, the
sum of y8,656.19, which shall be placed in a special fund to be knoya, as
"Ol,,nnnic Gravity "iator S;;otem - 3oplacemont :`rid."
Section 3. Fiat the City Clerk of the City of Port To-=cend be and he is
hereby authorized to draw emergency warrants upon said special fund, i.e.,
"Olympic Gravity Plater System -Replacement Fund," upon the presentation of
properly approved vouchers in an amount not exceeding that hereinbefore set
forth.
Section 4. That this ordinance be published mice in the Port Townsend
leader to be in force and take effect as provided by law.
