CHAPTER EIII.
PINES AND FORFEITURES -DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS.
Section 42. All fines and forfeitures collected for violation of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be paid into the CITY STREET FUND of the City of
Port Townsend.
CHAPTER = RIV.
REPEAT .
Section. 43. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, of the City.of Port Townsend,
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
CHAPTER IV.
CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECT
Section 44. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should
be hold to.be invalid or unconstitutional, the invalidity or unconstitutionality thereof.
shall not .affect the validity or constitutionality of.any other section, sentence,
clause or phrase of this ordinance.
Section 45. That this ordinance be published once in the Port Townsend ImMer, to
be in force and talow effect as provided by law.
