fall to comply with any or all of the conditions of this ordinance, then and
thereupon this ordinance shall become null and void, and all rights and
privileges herein granted shall become forfeited*
Section be The acceptance of this ordinance by said grantees shall
be deemed an agreement to comply with all the terms and conditions of this
ordinanceg
Section 6s That this ordinance be published once in the Port Townsend
Leader, to be in force and take effect as provided by law.
