"Spirits" means any beverage Which contains alcohol obtained by distillation, including wines exceeding seventeen per cent (17%) of alcohol by weight. (R). 'Uashington State liquor Act" means and includes Chapter 62 of the Session lays of Washington, Extraordinary Session of 1933, and Acts amendatory thereto. Section 3.
