Section 1. That sectiun 2 of Ordinance 873 be, and the same
is, hereby amended to read as f.ullows:
.uvury sec-nd hand de_.ler rnd every junk dealer and every
pawnbroker shall, befure duinfr any busir.e:_w in the City of
Port Townsend, obtr-in a license su to do, for which he shall
pay '10.00 per annum; provided, however, that the same person,
firm or.corporatiun named may engage in any number, or all three
of said lines of business, by paying; the sum of ;1`110.00 per annum
for each line so engaged in.
Section 2. That this ordinance be published once in .the
Port 'Townsend Leader and be in force and take effect five days
after such publicatiun.
Passed by the City. Council, November 6th 1934.
Approved by the ;:ayor, Dovember 6th 1934.
