THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, VIASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOINS: Section 1. The following schedule shall govern the opening and closing of barber shops in the City of Port Townsend: On week days, from 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. On Saturdays and days preceding holidays, from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con- viction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100.00 or imprisonment in the city jail not exceeding thirty days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Section 3. That this ordinance be published once in the Port Townsend Leader and to be in force and take effect five days after such publication. Passed by the City Council June 6th, 1933.
