personal, used or useful in connection with the operation of the
portion of said system hereinbefore described, whether now owned
oy the City or hereafter acquired; out excluding any pipe lines
used in connection with the same to supply customers of the City
of Port Townsend outside of said uity, and excluding any part of
said water -works and system within the city limits of the City of
