The City Council of the Jity of Dort Townsend, do ordain as
follows.
Section 1. That an emergency exists and is hereby declared, and
the expenditure of a'i:proxiurately the sure of J300.00 is hereby author-
ized, for the repair of the bulkhead on the South side of '4'iashington
Street between Tyler and folk Streets, c�nd the replacing the sidewalk
thereon, and that said im1wovernent is hereby authorized, and that
emergency warrants are hereby authorized to be issued for such purpose.
Section 2. That"'this Ordinance shall be nublished once in the
Port To%-nsend '.leekly Leader, and to take effect and be in force five
days from and after such publication.
