That Section 18 of the above entitled and described Ordinance No. 752, be and the same is hereby amended.to read as follows. Section lfi. Should Lhe.viater be turned on to the premises by any one except an employee of .he 17ater Lern rtment after it has been turned oi•f at the city's stop cock, it will be turned off at the main and will not be turned on again until the regular charges as prescribed in Section Thirty-two, together with a fine of five dollars have been paid. Section 7._. That there be and is hereby added section 401 to the above entitled and described.Ordinanco No. 752, to read as follows: Section 4021-. It shall be unlawful .for any unauthorized person to have and keep.in his possession or under his control, any Curb Cock Key, Valve !Coy, or hydrant •.Tench to the City. .star System and no person shall without authority from the Plater "apartment make, construct, buy or sell, or in anywise dispose of to any person any Curb Cock Key, Valve Iiey or Hy- drant :Trench to the City :Pater System. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and u,>on conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum of not less than Ten Dollars nor more than One Hui- dred Dollars and pay the costs of prosecution and may be imprisoned .; until such fine and costs are paid.
