Tho City (]ouncil of the ^ity of Fort Tovm.sond, "(ashir.pton, do
ordain as follows:
action 1. 'ghat the railroad franchise rrantnd to P.- I. Coleman
and P. Ballingor, Choir associates, succnssors and assigns, by
ordinanna ''o. 718, on -uno 2l, 1906, he and the same is hereby ro-
voked.
Sec. 2. That said ordinanna "o. 718, entitled ".411 Ordinanno '
granting to A. R. Coleman and '..'. "allinrer, their associates, suc-
cossors and assigns, the right and authority, to locate, lay down,
constrict and perpetually to maintain and operate, standard gauge
railroad tracks and thereon to run and operate trains, cars and
enginos, along, upon and over certain streets and public planes
in the City of Port Townsend", passod F,! the City Council Tune 19,
1906, and approved by the Mayor .Tune 20, 1906, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance shall be published in the Daily
Leader and take affect as r9gnirnd by law.
