'ghat the railroad franchise rrantnd to P.- I. Coleman and P. Ballingor, Choir associates, succnssors and assigns, by ordinanna ''o. 718, on -uno 2l, 1906, he and the same is hereby ro- voked. Sec. 2. That said ordinanna "o. 718, entitled ".411 Ordinanno ' granting to A. R. Coleman and '..'.
