tures, and when such may be discovred, the water -Trill be turned
off until all looks have bean ropaired.
Soc.G. That section twenty-two (22) of said ordinance be and the
same is horehy tunendod to road as follows:
Soc.22. No charges shall bo mado whon water is turiu.d off
from unoccupied houses unless the same is turned off & the
main by ordor of the owner or his agent, for, which the regular
charges as proscribed in section thirty-two (32) will be made,
said charge to he made at the time the order is given to have
the water turned off, to( -other with all arrears, if any, and
current charges.
Soc.7. That section thirty (30) of said ordinance he and the
same is heehy amended to randas follows:
Snc.30.Thc use of hods for washing walks or streets, also
for sprinkling or irrigation purposes,i7prohibited, except be-
tween the hours of six o'clock and nine o'clock A. 11. and the
hours of five o'clock and eight o'clock P. M., except whore
motors aro ilsod. For thl) violation of this rule a penalty of
one dollar shall be imposed and taxed against tho person
and premis9s iuppliod, and the }water shall be turned off and so
remain until the seam is paid.
Sec.G. That section thirty-throo (33) of said ordinance HO/752 as
amended bit urdinancc No. 793, be and the same is hereby amended by

Soe.33.The monthly rates for the use of water, other than
measured by meters, shall be known as fixed rates, and shall be
as follows:
