'Joe. 3 The care may be operated by
electric or any other motive power except steam locomotive engines.
In case electric power shall be used by means of overhead contact
wires, such overhead wires, together with the necessary feed wires,
may be suspended from poles sat within the curb limits of the
street on either side thereof or from bracket poles--in-the.-center--
of the street along said line of router
The wires shall be suspended not less than eighteen and one-half
(18-1/2) feet above the rails and the poles and supports
shall be placed on an average of not less than One Hundred P,ifteen
(115) feet apart. No poles shall be set at the intersection of
streets and alleys.
Sea. 4 In addition to such poles and wires so to ;I
be erected for the purpose of,supplying electric current, they may
also be used to carry wires for power, heat,and lighting purposes:#

the wires herein authorized with any power station or car house
in connection with said street railroad system, and said grantee
may convey wires from such power house to the line of wires hereby
