All ORDITIANCE fixing the salaries and compensation of the
officers and employees of the City of Port Townsend, Washington.
The City Council of the City of Port 'Townsend do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The respective officers and employees of the city of
Port To:,nisend shall receive and be paid in full for all services
the following monthly salarie., payable on the first day of each
succeeding month, to -:wit: Treasurer, Soventy-five Dollars; Clerk,
Soventy-five Dollars; Attorney, Soventy-five Dollars; Police Justice,
Fifty Dollars; Marshall, One Hundred Dollars; Policemen, Seventy--
five Dollars; Street Superintendent, Seventy-five Dollars; Team-
ster, Sixty-five Dollars; Stoker and Janitor, Seventy Dollars;
Poundmaster, Fifty-five Dollars; Park Gardner, Sixty Dollars; H'Inc-
trician, Fifteen Dollars; Chief of Fire Department, Fifteen Dollars;
Engineer, One Hundred Fifty Dollars; Water Superintendent and
Auditor, One Hundred Dollars; Assistant Plater Superintendent,
Eighty-five Dollars; and all other employees of the city shall re-
ceive and be paid such compensation as the council may from time to
time determine by motion.
Sec.2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Soo. 3. This ordinance shall be published once in the Daily
Leader and take effect and be in force from and afte�`-�/
