AN ORDINAT?CF amending sections 2, 31 G, 8, and 17 of an ordi-
nance entitled "An Ordinanco to license and regulate the sale and
disposal of intoxicating, liquors in the City of Port Townsend and
to fix the license foe therefor and to provide penalties for the v1
olation of any of the provisions of sa16 ordinance", gassed by
City Council April 2, 1901, and approved by t'ic mayor April 3, 1907,
and being ordinance r.umbor 71,8.
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend do ordain as
folloils
Section 1. That section 2 of ordinance No. 728, entitled "An
Ordinance to license and regulate the sale and disposal of intoxi-
cating liquors in the City of Port Townsend and to fix the license
fee therefor and to provide penalties for the violation of' any of the
provisions of said ordiranco", passed by the city council April 2,
1907, and approved by the mayor April 3, 1907, be and the same is
hereby amended to read an follows:
Sec.2. License for tiro nUo or, :U!gjo:,:;1 of intoxicating liquors

intoxicating, liquors in quantities of loss than five gallons at the

fee for solling or dis}rosing of any intoxicatinp, liquors by whole-
