Z.That permission be and the same is hereby gtanted to the Standard Oil Company to lay and maintain its pipelines on Harrison Street south of Water street and across Water street at its inter- } section•with said Harrison streot. Such pipes are to be so located as not in any way to interfere with travel or with the improvement of such streets and under the immediate direction of the Committee on Streets, Sidewalks and Pounj; and should i; become necessary to move any such pipelines in the construction of any public improvement the said Standard Oil Company, hereby agrees to move the same at its own expense � G�ir, �Y Rq� R�zCil usl� �r/ IL�CLdOYL ixtb CdCsrCCou �� U p Sec. 2.
