The City Council of the City of Port Townsend do ordain as fo'1

Section 1. That section 33 of ordinance No.752, entitled "An
Ordinance to fix, regulate and control the use mf and price of water
supplied by the city water works of the city of Port Townsend; to
f provide for the regulation and government of the City Water Depart—
ment.; &ncl providing penalties for the violation thereof " passed
by the city council February 21 19091 be and the same is hereby
amended to road an follows:
