follows:

from every kind of nuisance, have a proper and suitablo receptacle
made of such natorial as to allow of easy and thorout-h cleansing,
to he approved by tho city health officer, for rocoivini- such rub-
bish, garbage, and other refuse matter, for deposit until the con-
touts thereof may bo properly convoyed to the dumpinr t*r-und pro-
vided in section one hereof; and such receptacle shall be emptied
and the nontonts thereof conveyed to said dumpint- ground as often
as may be necessary torkonp such places in it sanitary condition and
free from every kind of nuisance ; Provided, however, that where
such rubbish, gr,rbat-o or o'.h,,r rofnne natter is capable of being
