Sec. 5. It shall be the duty of the police officers including
the city marshal.l and poundmaster to enforce this ordinance, and
any dog runnin,,, at large or aborad in violation of this ordinance

ordinance No.726 providing for the sale of impounded animals.and

Sec. 7. Ordinance No. 621, being an ordinance entitled " An
ordinance regulating the keeping of dogs, imposing a license tax
and providing a penalty, and repealing ordinance No.104", be and
the.samo is heroby repealod.
Sec. B. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after five.days after it spublication.
