April 4, 1885, and being ordinance No. 116.
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend do ordain as

exceeding thirty days or by both.
Section 2. That section eight of said ordinance no.116 be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec.8.Every vagrant in said city, o-n conviction, shall be fined
in any sum not less tban five dollars nor more than one hundred doll
ars or be imprisoned for a term •of not more than thirty days, or
may be punished by both such fine and imprisonment, and all persons
found in said city falling within the provisions of section 436 of
chapter 249 of the session laiiys of 1909 are declared to be vagrants.
Sec.3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after five days after publication.
