Section 13. No plurber or other person will be allowed to make

Section 15. Plumbers or of}tier persons failing to uerfrom
their work according to the established rules and rer_rulationa,

ment, may be debarred from malting connection or doing any work on
fixtures or nice leading from the Cit;' ruins untill they shall have
paid into the City Treasury a penalty of Ten (4,')10.00) Dollars for
such violation.
Section 16. Any person making; conneetionn to or alterations
in, any pipe whereby water may be drawn from the Cit, mains, or
takinu water from any fire hydrant, bibb, paipe or fixture, of any
kind without first having secured a permit for the same from the
Water Department shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof sliall be fined not .less than Ten N10.00)
Dollars, nor more than One }iLchdred ($;100.00) Dollars, or by imprison-
ment for a term not 'less than Ten'(10) days, nor more t_nan thirty
(30) days. All such fines shall revert to the I;later Fund.
Section 17. Should it be desired to have the rater turned
on after it has been turned off, or ti•:lhere new services have been
put ir a- d the plumbing is completed, a written order by the owner or
'Ilia authorized agent must be given to the ':Titer Department, after
which the rater will be turned on, providing there are no defective
or leaky faucets, closets or other fixtures, and when such may be
discovered, the water will be turned off.
