Section,7. •In all cases where wator is to be supplied to'

Section_ 8: . 1'h on a permit has been obtained for the use of
-cater and the charges hereinafter prescribed for the service have
been paid the City Treasurer, the service will.be put in as soon
as it is practicable for the. -City to do so; the charges for services

Section 9. All service pipea must invariably cone direct

that are planked, in which case the stop cock will be placed two
