PROJECT GOAL PROJECT GOAL •TO BEST SERVE THE COMMUNITY WITH PARKS, RECREATION, AND OPEN SPACE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR RESIDENTS, FAMILIES, AND YOUTH. ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES RACI DECISION MAKING RESPONSIBLE -The party responsible to perform the work, to collaborate with others, build consensus and complete the final document or product APPROVE –The Approval Authority. In some cases there will be multiple approving authorities as products move through the process. CONSULT -Stakeholders who have an interest and who provide suggestions, comments, feedback, and recommendations. INFORM -Those parties who need to know, and/or be aware of process, considerations, and decisions.
