AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY.
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, in regular
session assembled, do ordain as follows:
Section 1. After due notice given, and proper hearing had,
the official zoning map of the City is amended as follows, to wit:
(a) A 500-foot strip north of Sims Way, from the powerline
right-of-way to the American Legion Park, from R-lA to C-2.
(b) Tax No. 12, Section 5, Township 50, Range 1 West, also
known as San Juan Grocery, from R-lA to C-1.
(c) Bisenbeis Addition, Block 193, from R-1 to P-1.
Cd) Lawrence to Lincoln Street between Walker and Gaines
Streets; and Eisenbeis Addition, Block 276 (north half), 281, 282,
286, 287, 288, from R-1 to R-5.

(e) Bisenbeis Addition, Blocks 257 and 258, from R-1 to C-2.
(f) Hastings 2nd Addition, Block 68, Lots S and ?, from R-5
(g) Eisenbeis Addition, Blocks 209 and 221, from R-1 to
