There is here and hereby levied upon all of the taxable property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year 1978, the sum of $2.301 for each $1,000.00 of assessed valuation thereof. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
