HomeMy WebLinkAbout1795 Supplemental Budget AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 1795 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, IN THE I97~7 BUDGET, AND DECLARING AND EMERGENCY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. For the 1977 Budget of the Current Expense Fund, of the C'it~ o~ Port Townsend, there is here and hereby appropriated th~ following amount, for the purposes set forth: (1) For salaries and wages for the City Park, $13,282.59; (2) For salaries and wages for the Equipment Rental Department, $14,546.71; (3) For salaries and~ wages for City Street Department, $39,582.60; (4) For salaries and,wages;'for the Public Library, $6,964.67; (5) For neimbursement of applicant under Historic Restoration Grant, $13,985.26; (6) To County Treasureri~for ~raffic Saftey Education Funds, $4,5508.50; (7) To County Treasurer for Motor Vehicle Intoxication Prevention Fund, $1,575.75. Section 2. There is here and hereby found and declared to be an':emergency requiring the appropriations made in "Section~l." hereof. Section 3. This Ordinance shall %ake effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner required by law. Read for the first, and second times on December 20, 1977.
