THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO~v~NSEND, IN fiEGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, a typographical error occured in Ordinance No. 1769, the same is hereby corrected to read as follows: Section 1. After due notice given, and proper hearing had, certain portions of City streets are vacated, as follows, to wit: (2) Sixth Street between Sheridan and Hendricks As to all other portions of said ordinance, excepting said Section 1 (2), the same is hereby ratified.
