THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSF2~iBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOUS: Section 1. That portion of RoSecrans between R and S Streets is here and hereby vacated. Section 2. That portion of ~'~est U Street between McNeil and Haines and between Haines and Pettygrove is here and hereby vacated. Section 3. That portion of Lincoln Street between Gaines and Kearney is here and hereby vacated. Section ~.. That portion of 10th Street from the east side of Kuhn to Sims ?~y, that portion of Xuhn Street from the south side of Sims Way to the north side of Lot 6~ Block 18, and the alley in Block 18, that portion of Landes Avenue from the south side of Sims ~?~ay to the north side of Lot 15, Block 32, and the alley in Block 32, is here and hereby vacated. Section 5. An alley, one block in len~h running from Alder Street to Haines Street is here and hereby vacated. Section 6. That portion of Corona Street from Copper to Sherman is here and hereby vacated. Section 7. That portion of R ~reet from Rose to ~nerry Street is here and hereby vacated. Section 8. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, tutoring six (6) feet on either side from the centerline of the~vacated streets, v;~ retEined by the City of Port Townsend. Section ~_. This Ordinance shall tsd~e effect upon its passage, approval au~ ~U~tTc~gtlon in~ the form ~d manner provided by law. -1- Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council and approved by %he Mayor on June 6, 1978.
