AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1626
TO ADJUST VARIOUS FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1626, passed and approved on October
5, 1971, is here and hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. No application for a street vacation, rezone,
conditional use permit or variance shall be considered, nor any
public hearing set therefor, unless and until an application fee
shall have been paid to the City-Treasurer for such application,
which fee shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
Section 2. Application fees for applications for street
vacations, rezones, conditional use permits and variances shall
be paid at the time the application is submitted, and shall be
as follows:
(a) For street vacations, the sumof $75.00.
(b) For rezone the sum of $75.00.
(c) For conditional use permits, the sum of $75.00.
(d) For variances, the sum of $75.00."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on February 1, 1979,
after""'"its approval and publication in the form and manner required by
law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on :'Jahuary 16, 1979.
