FOWLER PARK ADDITION, TEA STREET BETWEEN MASON AND THOMAS
STREETS, MASON STREET BETWEEN GOOK AVENUE ~ND THE SO~H
LINE EXTENDED OF TEA STREET, ALL OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK
~9 LYING NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE LOT 5 EXTENDED IN FOWLER
PARK ADDITION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ail of the alleys in Block 50 in Fowler Park Addition are
here and hereby vacated.
Sectiom 2. That portion of Tea Street between Mason Street and Thomas
Street is here and hereby vacated.
Section ~: That portion of ~ason Street between Cook Avenue and the
south line extended of Tea Street is here and hereby vacated.
Section 4. Ail of the alley in Block 39 lying north of the south line
Lot 5 extended in Fowler Park Addition is here and hereby vacated.
Section ~. A~ twelve (12) foot utility easement, running six (6) feet on
either side from the. centerline of the aforesaid vacated streets is hereby
retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed ~y the Council and
approved by the Mayor on March 20, 1979.
