Action: Move to approve Resolution 09-OOd, Initiating a Street Vacation process
for the Howard Street Realignment (concerning portions of Howard, Baker,
Shasta and 6ih Streets near Discovery Road) and Fixing the Time, for Hearing on
Street Vacations (February 17, 2009).
C. Arts Commission Appointment
Action: Motion to accept the Mayor's recommendation and confirm the
appointment of Anne Kearson to the Arts Commission (Position 4).
Action: Motion to adopt the consent agenda or request to remove any individual item
from the consent agenda.
