AN ORDINANCE REZONING BLOCK 193 OF THE EISENBEIS ADDITION AND PROVIDING CONDITIONS THEREFOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2 hereof, the official zoning map of the City of Port Townsend is here and hereby amended to the extent that Block 193 of the Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend s~all henceforth be "R III" zone. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective only upon the proper recording of the covenants presented by the petitioner, Jefferson County Public Hospital District No. 2, in connection with its application for rezone, which covenants, inter alia, restrict the property to use for physicians' offices only and require architecture compatible with R-I zoning, and upon the further condition that if no building is completed and in use upon the property within two years from the date hereof the zoning of said property shall revert to "R-I." Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication as required by law. Read three times and passed on December 2, 1980. Approved by the Mayor Dec~ 2, B~~yo~CCLURE
