THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That portion of 8th Street between Blocks 321 and 322 in the Eisenbeis Addition, be and the same is hereby vacated. Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running six (6) feet on either side from the centerline of the aforesaid vacated street, is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
