The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.
Approval of the minutes was postponed due to a lack of a quorum.
David Timmons addressed the Board about Council’s direction to address levels of service at the library and the impending revenue/expense balance issues. Melody Eisler will work with him to draft a proposal to bring back to Council in June. He also updated the Board on upcoming capital improvement projects at the Library
Melody Eisler reported on Library activities including the Community Read, an upcoming volunteer party and the summer reading program. The Library will be seeking a new Youth Services Librarian soon.
The next meeting will be held on June 19, 2017
