HomeMy WebLinkAbout1881 Amending Ordinance 1480 - Loading Zone Fee ORDINANCE NO. /~/ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1480 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 8 of Ordinance No. 1480 is here and hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 8. Every person who shall be granted a loading zone, upon his request as herein provided, shall pay a fee therefore in the sum of fifteen dollars per month, for each space occupied by the zone in ratio to the space ordinarily delegated to one passenger vehicle parking space, as herein provided, and the payment shall be made in advance either monthly or by longer periods." Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
